Prices inclusive of VAT

All our prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the currently applicable rate but not inclusive of postage and packaging. These rates can be found below.

Delivery costs (where applicable)

Postage charges apply to individual items and range from £1.50 – £7.50. We offer FREE delivery on purchases above £60.

Arrangements for Payment

Payment is handled by Paypal. Most major credit cards and debit cards are taken via Paypal’s secure online payment system.

Arrangements for Date of Delivery

Delivery is within 3 working days from placement of order, via Royal Mail or courier at our discretion. Should the item not be available for any reason we will notify you via email and/or telephone of the depleted stock and estimated time of delivery. If we cannot fulfil an order or an individual item we will refund immediately the individual amount or in the case of a full order a full refund will be given.

The Right to Cancel your Order

The purchaser has the right to cancel their order in accordance with the government guidelines of October 2000. These allow the purchaser the right to cancel any order 7 (Seven) days after the first day after delivery has taken place. Refunds should be communicated by phone to Hull Hearing Centre or Oto-tech to process this. A full refund will be given within 30 days of cancellation.


When returning items, your original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible have the original packaging and labels intact.

You are responsible for return postage costs and also have a responsibility to ensure that the goods returned are properly packaged. We cannot take responsibility for returned items that are damaged or lost.
